Smg4 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms You Need to Know
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the smg4 platform. By continuing to use this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the smg4 platform via smg4.app or its associated mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and smg4 ("Platform" or "We").
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the smg4 platform. Users who are below the minimum age required under Malaysian law are not permitted to register for or use any smg4 services.
Smg4 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the latest terms periodically.
2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To access the full range of smg4 services, you are required to register an account using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including maintaining the confidentiality of your password. smg4 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Smg4 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are explicitly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the smg4 platform without written authorisation.
- Engaging in fraud, manipulating game outcomes, or colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Spreading false information, harmful content, or harassment targeting other users through the platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to smg4 systems or databases.
- Using your smg4 account to process transactions on behalf of other individuals or organisations without authorisation.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all credit balances and bonuses, and appropriate legal action.
4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the smg4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). smg4 supports a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go e-wallet, and other methods listed on the platform from time to time.
Users agree that all deposits made are final and non-reversible once a transaction is confirmed. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) procedures that smg4 may require to ensure transaction security. Withdrawal processing times are typically between one and three business days, depending on the payment method selected.
Smg4 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where suspicious activity is detected or further verification is required. Any bonus or promotional credit credited to your account is subject to the wagering (rollover) requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms before a withdrawal can be made.
5. Account Policy, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Smg4 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time without prior notice where there is a breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or at smg4's sole discretion to protect the integrity of the platform. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to claim any remaining credit balances or bonuses.
Limitation of Liability
Smg4 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of this platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. In all circumstances, smg4's total liability to any user shall not exceed the actual deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the smg4 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of smg4. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from smg4.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

The smg4 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. smg4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access such links entirely at your own risk.
Changes to These Terms
Smg4 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be published on the platform and will take effect immediately. Your continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached amicably, the matter will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
